We have designed this tour in such a way that you can get o experience the beauty of Rajasthan and also get to see the wonderful Taj Mahal up close and experience the history and architectural splendor it has.
Day 1: Arrival at Delhi
On arrival at Delhi international airport or Delhi Railway station, you'll be welcomed by our experienced and professional chauffeur who will transfer you to a pre booked hotel and overnight stay. Night stay at the hotel for rest and rejuvenation.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
After having a proper breakfast from the hotel we will commence sightseeing the city of Delhi by first visiting Raj Ghat , which is the memorial ground of Mahatma Gandhi who is also known as the Father of the Nation. After visiting Raj Ghat, we will explore the city of Old Delhi by taking a rickshaw ride along the busy streets of Chandni Chowk which is one of the most famous market streets in India. After exploring the busy streets of Chandni Chowk, we will be visiting one of the most well known examples of Mughal architecture, The Red Fort which was built by Shah Jahan during the early 17th century. After visiting Old Delhi, we will explore New Delhi by visiting the India Gate, and the Rashtrapati Bhavan which is also known as the President's House. We will also be visiting one of the tallest standing minarets of the world, the Qutub Minar. From Delhi, you can enjoy a wide variety of traditional north Indian foods along with Mughalian cuisines and fusion foods at the most finest and cleanest eating spots of Delhi. By evening, we will transfer you back to the hotel where you'll be having dinner and overnight stay for the night.
Day 3: Delhi to Agra
After having an early breakfast from the hotel, we will be setting off to the city of Agra. We will be travelling by car via the Express Highway which will take about 2-3 hours in duration and will also cover an approximate distance of 250 kms, depending upon the traffic conditions. On arrival at Agra, we will be transferring you to a five star hotel where you would be checked in for the night. Once arrived at Agra, we will start our half day exploration of the city after proper rest and rejuvenation. We will start our sightseeing by first visiting the Tomb of Khwaja Salim Chisti, along with Akbar's tomb and Akbar's fort where he used to reside and rule during the Mughal Empire. Then after, we will be visiting the infamous Taj Mahal, which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. This palace was built using only white marble and it is said that it took Shah Jahan almost 17 years and 20,000 workers to complete this structure. This Mahal is also famous for being the symbol of everlasting love that Shah Jahan had for his wife Mumtaz Mahal. After visiting Agra, we will head back to the hotel, where you would be having dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Agra to Jaipur
After a luxurious breakfast from the hotel, we will be proceeding with our tour by travelling to Jaipur. Jaipur is also called as the 'Pink city' as many buildings are made up of red sandstone that adorns the city of Jaipur. Enroute, we will be visiting the deserted capital of Fatehpur Sikri, which used to be the prime centre and capital of the Mughal Empire. Fatehpur Sikri is best known for the perfect balance of Mughal and Rajputian architecture and culture that can be see through the various buildings and structures that are located in the city. After reaching Jaipur, we will be checking at a hotel for an overnight stay and dinner.
Day 5: Jaipur Sightseeing
After having a good and delicious breakfast, from your hotel in Jaipur, we will start commencing the sightseeing of Jaipur city. The first place that we will be visiting is the Amber Fort, where we would have an elephant ride at the top of the hill where the fort is located. There will also be traditional welcoming rituals for the guests. Atop the fort, one can see the beautiful Mota Lake.
After visiting, Amber Fort, we will also be visiting the infamous City Palace which is famous for its collection of artifacts and objects that showcases the Rajputian Era and the various firearms and ammunitions that they used for fighting wars. After this visit, we will be heading off to visit the 'palace of the winds' also known as Hawa Mahal. We will also be visiting the astronomical observatory, the Jantar Mantar and the infamous Birla Temple. We will also be exploring the streets of Jaipur where one can buy and experience the various handicrafts, artworks and the various styles of jewelry and gems that are on sale at the streets of Jaipur. By evening, we will be checking back for a luxurious dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Jaipur to Udaipur
After having breakfast from Jaipur, we will be having a road trip from Jaipur to Udaipur. The trip will be of nearly 5 hours and will cover a distance of about 400 kms. After reaching Udaipur, we will be transferring you to a hotel where you would be checked in for the night. The rest of the day is free for visiting and exploring the streets and bazaars of Udaipur.
Day 7: Udaipur
After having breakfast from the hotel, we will start the morning sightseeing tour of Udaipur. This city was built in the early 16th century by the Emperor Maharaja Uday Singh. This city is known as one of the most beautiful cities of India, with its luxurious palaces with carved balconies and decorated pillars and structures. We will also be visiting other iconic structures such as Fateh Prakash, Zenana Mahal, Shambhu Nivas and Durbar Hall. On request, we will also be arranging a boat ride on the waters of the famous Lake Pichola. We will be checking back at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Udaipur to Jodhpur
After having breakfast from hotel, we will be heading toRanakpur to visit the artistically carved Jain Temple then followed by Jodhpur via car. Jodhpur is known as the blue city because of the abundance of blue colored buildings that adorns the city. We will be visiting the infamous palaces of the Rajputs and the Rathore clan, who were known to be fierce warriors. The clan was established by 1500s by empress Jodha. We will also be visiting the Mehrangarh Fort which is situated atop of a low rise Sandstone hill. We will also be visiting various other forts such as Phool Mahal and Moti Mahal and the Jaswanthada which is a large cenotaph made up of marble in memorial of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II during the 1900s. We will also be visiting the various gardens and parks present in the city. By evening, you'll be transferred to a hotel where you'll be having dinner and night stay
Day 9: Jodhpur to Pushkar
After having breakfast, we will be heading off to Pushkar where we will be visiting the various temples and worshipping centers of Ajmer, Pushkar and the infamous Dargah Sharif. Pushkar famous for its temples dedicated to Braham and has the many temples with entrance decorated with the swans which is the symbol of Brahma. At arrival at Pushkar, we will be checking in at a hotel, where you'll be having an overnight stay. We will also be visiting the Pushkar Lake, where you'll be also having an optional boat ride.
Day 10: Departure from Pushkar/ Arrival at Delhi
After having proper rest and breakfast from Pushkar, we will be heading back to Delhi from where you'll be boarding the flight/rain for the onward journey.
